Gold-plated jewelry may fade over time due to exposure to water, perfumes, sweat, and chemicals. This is natural wear and not considered a defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos for resolution.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be issued via:

• Store credit (depending on the case)

Shipping Costs
