All our jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to arrange an exchange for the same item.

Sale Items
Products purchased during sales or promotions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
